Jay it is; a secondary feather, from a Sparrowhawk kill so there were plenty of other feathers to confirm the identity. Did you see the small spot of blue at the base of the white?

Hi Andrew,
Its a bit big for a Pied Wagtail! - from the ruler, 14cm (5½") long, or ¾ of the entire length of a Pied Wag!
BTW, forgot to mention, got the White-rumped Sand, super bird
