Does anyone know any details about the sighting of a possible Eleonora's Falcon insecting on Bardsey Island last month?

For example: Who were the observers? Did they capture any photographs? Have they published a description/report of the mystery falcon yet?

The attached thread refers:

Thanks in advance.

Can anyone help out a mystified North American Here?

What is an Eleonora's Falcoln? My bird guides, centered as they are on the NA continent, don't mention this bird.

Thanks,

Bob
