I do not know if this is the correct thread for this post, but here goes.
If anyone is thinking of ordering sensor cleaning equipment from intemos.com do not go ahead.I have placed 2 orders. The 1st order I only received half of the goods requested ,had another try 4 days later,my payment was taken by World Pay,but again no goods received. They are not replying to any messages left on their answerphone system,or to any e-mails.
I contacted one of the editors of the new mag,Digital SLR,and he said that he had been trying to contact their main guy,Andrew Stagg, for months now,but was unable to establish any contact.
I have dealt with this company for almost 12mths ,and have never experienced any problems.Their products are good and their service has ,in the past, always been very reliable.
But now payments are being taken ,via Worldpay, but no good are being dispatched.
I am hoping my card co.will secure a refund on my behalf.

Cheers for the heads-up, Christine. It can be very frustrating, can't it?

I would like to add to this thread, this evening, that I have just received an e-mail from Andrew Stagg, stating that he has been away, and has only just found out re the problems,so hopefully everything will now be resolved. They are (were) a good company and their sensor cleaning products are very simple and effective. So hopefully this was just a hiccup, but does seem rather coincidental, that after trying to contact the company for almost 2 weeks,I receive a reply from them the day after I have contacted,my Visa card co,posted a thread on 2 Forums ,and also asked a camera mag to help.
Still if I receive my goods ,I will be one happy lady, but could have done without the hassle of trying to make contact.

They took my money extremely quickly through World Pay and didn't deliver the goods. Many emails went unanswered and phone numbers for them are dead. They even have 3 different trading addresses! Bristol Trading Standards say their are still trading but their accounts are well overdue and everything points to them having ceased trading while still taking our money. World Pay won't take responsibility and as the transaction was less than £100, neither will my credit card company. I've lost my money so my plea to everyone out there is DO NOT DEAL WITH INTERMOS!

PS. I have informed Practical Photography magazine who advertise Intemos in their Digital SLR guide that is found in Jessops stores.

Try Digipad.co.uk
Prompt and reliable service and the product got most of the dust off in one sweep (there was a lot of dust..)
