W70 or W100

Do people think I should get the W70 or W100??

Hi jon, If it was my choice i would go for the 70 simply because it goes down to 2cm on macro & more importantly (for me) you can buy a lens adapter, as we have spoken about before. Looking at the specs of the 2 there isnt a great deal of difference. The 100 has more pixels on a larger sensor that could possibly give better image resolution, but i doubt if the difference is that noticable.
The 100 also has shutter/aperture priority in a limited form i believe, but is not as versatile in that respect as your old coolpix. Again from a personal perspective i find the programmed auto mode adequate for my needs on my old P200 which i think both these models also have. Basically you have to weigh up your own needs from the camera & buy accordingly. Another plus in the 70`s favour is the fact that its cheaper !
