Macro lenses for Canon A95

I've asked on another thread if people can recommend either Canon A640 or Nikon 4500 for macro photography. Another alternative is for me to use my A95 which is my current digiscoping camera. As it stands the A95 is pretty lousy for close-up photography (ie moths and butterflies) but add-on lenses are available from Ebay which are advertised as being suitable for this purpose. Has anyone got experience of using the A95 plus these lenses for macro work - can they be recommended or otherwise?
