If you will have a car;
You will need to go to Sariyer first. From Sariyer you will ask, how to go to Koc University. When you find the Koc university entrance don't enter, continue 150-200 meters more on same road. You will find other observers on right side of the way.
If you don't have a car;
Try to go to Sariyer and there ask for the bus which is going to "Rumeli Feneri". After Koc University entrance there are 150-200 meters more to go.
