Binoculars for observing raptors - help needed

Im looking for a pair of good, sturdy binos for birdwatching, specifically raptors on passage in mountainous areas. I need something that is lightweight, rainproof, shockproof, shows well in low light conditions, and has good definition at long distances. Furthermore, I also need something that is reasonably priced.

I previously used a pair of Ziess 10x50 glasses, but unfortunately they were stolen.

in the recent past I have tried 7x50 glasses and 8x40 glasses, but they dont work as well the 10x50 glasses did. I need something that has at least 10x magnification, a wide field of view (6 degrees or more) and can gather adequate light around dusk and dawn.

My budget is about USD 200.00

I was looking for some 10x40 porros for a while, and did find some models, but nothing fantastic. The Nikons will be fairly sharp, a bit heavy.
