hi all having just moved to liverpool i am look for birding sites in and around the area i have been to formby point and maritn mere and have hade a great time at bot. could any one recomend any other places i could go too

Hi Neil,
Welcome to Liverpool.

Mere Sands Wood is just around the corner from Martin Mere.
Pennington Flash is down the East Lancs Road A580 towards Manchester.
Marshide RSPB is on the coast at Southport.

Still plenty to see. Hope that helps.
