Kelp Gull in Colorado!!!!!

I got to see the Kelp Gull an adult at Jackson Reservoir, Morgan County, e. of Denver today. Colorado's first record. It was found Wednsday and is still there. My 658th in Lower 48 states. Van

Hi Van,

This bird has been featured on here right from the start! Steve Messick (the finder) posted his pics here originally thinking it was Lesser Black-back, and it turned out to be something much better!
