I have noticed a few people mention buying from the Canon shop on ebay. I have tried looking for this without success-can someone tell me how to find it please.
Thanks

Has anybody had any problems with them. On the whole their feedback seems very good. Wonder what's the difference between refurbished and new or perhaps even more importantly whether the results will be any different. Interesting to note both refurb and new have 1 year warranty. Seems a bit miserly compared to the 20 year or even lifetime warranty frequently found on the top quality bins and scopes.

The cameras on the Ebay shop are usually ones that are ex demo & have been used at trade fairs I think you`ll find they can`t be sold as new & have been cleaned & re-packaged.

I bought a Canon XL2 DV Camcorder from Canon Outlet on EBay.
Great service, and superb camcorder, all newly packaged and I could not tell the difference from new....except it was nearly £2k cheaper...lol

I got a refurb 5D off them - 100% happy with it, although it was not a huge saving compared to new.
