Three hundred rare bird eggs which were in the process of hatching are stolen near Oswestry.

Does anyone have any more info on this?

I am just wondering why 300 rare bird eggs would be in what apears to have been such a vulnerable position, and what species might be involved.

Doubtless the Pikies responsible will be wondering why their boiled eggs taste a bit strange for the next few days....

Probably some rare breed of chicken or something
