Since I let the first Secret Bird Quiz get away from me I will try a new one! However, this time things are a little different! ;) There will be no hints and this one will be a photo quiz! When the "Secret Bird" is correctly ID'd then I will post a new one. The first one is easy! :t:

Ok! Ok! you guys are right it is a King Eider! ;) I hate to do this to you but my Grandma's computer will not let me upload images so I am changing my quiz back to its original format. I will post a clue in the morning and a clue at night, when the "secret bird" is solved I will start a new "secret bird". Unfortunatly I do not know foriegn birds very well so I am going to only do American Birds right now.:-C

I want this one to be a challenge, so instead of jumping right in and telling you where this bird is from I will give clues that describe plumage, habits, habitats, and various other physical characteristics! This time you will have to use all of your knowledge to guess this "secret bird". BTW, SP you are correct! The answer is a bird! Too bad that was not a specific answer...keep guessing! :t:

I don't know about the last, but the only bird that fits the oral description of the plumage even somewhat is Sora.

You mean it lays one egg ?? Only birds that I can think of at the moment that lay one egg are maybe terns, and I wouldn't exactly consider their nests "open cups".
