I have a friend who owns a c-750 olympus - she already has a 2x Extarnar telephotolens for a kodak camera. Now, is there any way to adapt that 43mm 2xlens to the 45.6mm olympus c750 camera with or with an adapter tube ( the cla4) ??? Thank you for any help or advice you may have !

Shell, I can tell you that the CLA 4 won't work. That steps up to 55mm doesn't it?

Hey KC, yeah , it does. I think what would have to happen is having that cla4 and then a step down added to that....but that's alot of distance from lens to lens and I don't think that would work too well. I don't know too much about all this stuff , but I think I got it right. And I don't know how that would work. She's trying to use the 43mm 2x tele lens with the 750, w/out having to buy a Tcon or B-300 .

Hi Shell,
I just purchased a "TIFFEN" conversion tube for my Olympus C-730 which should be perfect for the needs of your friend with the C-750.
It has the Olympus camera body 45.6mm threads on one end and the 43mm threads on the outer end where one would mount the accessory lenses or filters. It is the same length as the Olympus CLA-4 tube that matches the 45.6mm to 55mm.
I picked mine up from e-bay for @10$
Try www.tiffen.com for their web site.
