From the main menu, click "Channels" on the menu on the left. You will see a listing of channels.
When you click on a channel listing, you get a listing of all the programs on that channel on the right.
You can click on any entry in the channel listing to see what programs are available on that channel without interrupting the movie you are currently watching. UNLESS - you click on the first channel listing - Best of...101 Today's Selection.
If you click on Best of...101 Today's Selection (which looks no different than all the others and you would it expect it to behave in the same manner as all the others) your movie stops and gets replaced with Best of...101 Today's Selection.
This is inconsistent and very frustrating if you are halfway through a 1-hour movie! Because there is no way to fast-forward, you would have to watch 30 minutes of the movie all over again.
This is a serious usability issue that should be addressed.
Also, you should not need to scroll down through the entire channel listing just to find the "Back" button which takes you from the Channel listing to the main menu. The ability to return to the previous menu level should always be visible. That button should be removed from the channel listing and placed somewhere that is always visible.
Having said that, this is a WONDERFUL service and I am very grateful to have access to such a wealth of birding content!
