Wanted. Plans for building a bird table

I am in need of a new bird table and just too tight to pay the extortionate amounts that the garden centres demand for theirs. Does anybody know of a website that publishes plans for a simple covered bird table? And, while I'm here, a Hedgehog house would be nice too. I'm sure I can't be the only one who begrudges paying in excess of £50 for a few old bits of scrap wood.

Haiths have flatpack birdtables from £20... they sell various bird and animal houses (including hedgehogs) too...

Try your local library for books on the subject?
