Help identifying this North Slope bird (1 Viewer)

I took this picture on 19 July, 2007 while canoeing on the Colville River north of the Brooks Range in Alaska. (aproximately Lat. N69 53). I tenatively identified it as an Orange-crowned Warbler using Sibley Field Guide to Birds but am having difficulty matching this picture to the description provided in the book.
