I've just had the latest catalogue through from A&C Black detailing
their forthcoming releases under the Helm/Poyser imprints. All details
subject to change. Several crackers there but I'm particularly looking
forward to Ian Wallace's no doubt controversial account of British
birding.

I couldn't agree more with Gordon regarding DIMW's forthcoming book; I still rate his "Discover Birds" and "Birdwatching in the Seventies" as all time classics. So much so that I remain deeply disappointed that we didn't have a "Birdwatching in the Eighties" and "Birdwatching in the Nineties", John
