Tuzla Lake, Bodrum (1 Viewer)

I will be visiting the Tuzla Lake region near Bodrum in late May.

Although this is a reserve, I think it may be a bit late in the season to see the lake at it's best, but would be interested to hear from anyone who has visited at this time, to know what species may still be present.

I would also be grateful for any tips of other specific areas in this region that would be worth visiting.

Thanks dantheman. I've tried searching for reports for this area but haven't been able to find any that mention Tuzla specifically. I'll look at the links you've sent with interest.

Don't know if Brian is still contactable but he knows the area. The marshy area/river behind the airport had some obvious birds on it when I went past it on a car but I've never birdwatched this area.
