Nightingale and Turtle Dove in Cambs (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know any reliable sites for these in the Cambridgeshire area??

Will be around that area on a birding trip from around 5pm - 9pm on Friday 21st May and early Saturday morning before heading to Norfolk so wondered where the best place to see these would be??

Also, are there any sites for Wood Warbler and Woodlark??

Please feel free to PM me if the info cannot be given on the open forum.

Cheers

Little Paxton gravel pits would be a nailed on certainty for Nightingale, particularly late evening or early morning when they should be in full song. Not sure about Turtle Dove that way of the world. Would've thought Wood Warbler is unlikely, and Woodlark best in the Brecks (e.g. Santon Downham).

If you do get Nightingale on the Friday night I'd be tempted to head across to Lakenheath very early morning on the Saturday if you can - Golden Oriole, Bittern, Crane, Garganey and common migrants should all be on the cards, and then you've got options for Tree Pipit, Woodlark and Stone Curlew around the Brecks.

I have reliably seen Turtle Dove at Milton Country Park on the north side of Cambridge, at the northern end of the park. Have had Nightingale there too but only once.
