Hi John, the first one used to be one of the 'Beauties' (Willow/Mottled/Satin) - to narrow it down further isn't possible without genitalia inspection of this specimen, because it's so knackered.
The rest are all micros (the first one of them being a tortrix), but without access to literature I wouldn't be able to start attempting their ID.
I'm sure Harry or Angus will sort them out for you shortly.

Okay, without looking at literture,

The first Tortrix is either Barred Fruit-tree Tortrix (Pandemis cerasana) or Dark Fruit-tree Tortrix (Pandemis heparana). I think there is a subtle difference in shape of termen.

#2 micro. I think this is Cherry Bark Moth (Enarmonia formosana) (tortricoid)

#3 micro Brown House Moth (Hofmannophila pseudospretella) (Oecophorinae)

Don't take this as definites, just probables, and you can do a bit of internet searching on them yourself. Come back here if you need further assistance and I'll delve into my books.

I assume you look at Ukmoths and Jeff Higgot's.

Thanks Angus
Correct on the first 2, still unsure of the last moth, don't know what I'd do without you Harry CJW and the rest.

Have looked at your last one again, and if it isn't Brown House moth, I've alot of records to change.

The one on Ukmoths website is a pretty good match. If you looked at the ones on Jeff Higgott's site, I'm not surprised you wern't convinced.

I'm still awaiting my first Cherry Bark Moth of year. One of the most colourful I think.

Did you decide on which the first micro was?
