From Samal Island (an island almost touching southcentral Mindanao and near Davao). Some type of Draco has been suggested. I am unable to really see the patagium and am not aware that the Dewlap in Draco is supported by a bony internal spine as appears to be evident in this photo. Any help appreciated.
