What a wonderful after sales service from Vortex (1 Viewer)

Vortex already have a name for their nice optical performance. But, if you ever try their after sales service or VIP warrenty, then you will realize what it really means.

5 days back, I just sent an e-mail to Vortex asking for a replacement of broken rainguard. Of course, no question asked, no charges, no nothing and promised to sent it promptly.

Today I received the parcel from Vortex containing 2 rainguards, a lens pen and 2 baseball caps !!! The best part is I AM IN THAILAND.

That's pretty amazing. I think they are the only company that rivals the Euro brands in customer service.
