'Dark-breasted' Barn Owl in Cambs (1 Viewer)

Apologies if this isn’t considered a rare enough bird for the moderator, and I understand identification of the Dark-breasted race isn’t necessarily secure, but any advice would be appreciated. I understand that there is a worrying level of flooding in the area, and parking may be a problem. Any local birders advice would be welcome as to where to park, conditions on the ground, etc. Ouse Fen seems like a large area on the map and the grid reference on Birdguides seems to be in the middle? Regards, Phil
