Beautiful weather, went on a Thursday so the park was basically empty.

It was my first trip to Mexico and my field guide didn't arrive in time, so I was birding with field notes and had to confirm my observations after returning from the field. As a result I missed a few IDs for birds I had seen, but managed to ID the bulk of them.

Considering its proximity to Mexico City, this is a stunningly beautiful park.

Highly recommended for anyone with a half-day to kill who finds themselves in the SW portion of Mexico City. :t:
