Anyone heard about the new Vortex 20x56 Kaibab due out in March 2014 ?
Heard about it on another site but have no details.

They will have that, a new 15x, 56 Talon and will reduce the price of the Raptor to $99.00.

Personally I think you will go the wrong way with 20x in the Kiabab unless the objective goes to 70 or so mm, not likely possible with a roof to get the objective size.

I'm looking more forward to seeing the new Talon.

Just to stop the rumour mill from growing, the new 15x56 specification as mentioned above doesn't seem to be attached to the Talon HD from what we have seen.

Sorry can't be more exact than that but wonder if you could check with your source again Steve?

That website (retailer's) has two more new models:
Viper HD 12x50 and Vulture HD 15x56,
and, it seems, two previous models improved:
Viper HD 15x50 and Kaibab HD 15x56.
