Cerro Blanco (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know the current situation at Cerro Blanco? I have a potential day there in a few weeks time, and have been told that mining operations mean that the usual areas are closed. It may be possible to access higher areas at the back of the reserve, but I'm not sure what the habitat or birding is like there.

You could try to contact Foundation Pro-Bosque, the organization that manages the reserve:

It might also be worth contacting Rainforest Trust. I don't know the details, but it is my understanding that they have purchased a good deal of the reserve.
