Suggestions:
1) Cisticola species TBC
2) Red-headed Weaver? - though I'm not sure abiout the red in the wing..
3) African Dusky Flycatcher
but I haven't been to Africa for a while!

Poor Judge of Pasta.
I'd suggest Pectoral-patch (aka Pale-crowned) for the Cisticola.
