Bird rehab in Japan? (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone!
I am very active with Piedmont Wildlife Center in North Carolina, serving as rehabilitator, on Board of Directors and newsletter editor. I am moving to Yokosuka Japan in July and would like to continue to work with wild birds. Does anyone know of any bird people/resources/organizations in that area? I found lots of info on the web regarding good birding sites, but none concerned with the rehabilitation of wildlife. Is this even an activity in Japan?
thanks!
