Dozens of Jays everywhere!

Hope to add more raptors, warblers, a wader or two, more visible mig and ducks compared to Edgbaston Res. If anyone has watched SPark or does, any advice on birds seen here and best sites would be most welcome.

Willow Tits

Do Willow Tits exist in Sutton Park? Habitat seem suitable and with populations in Chasewater/Clayhanger/Sandwell being nearby/linked through some green corridors/railway lines I wondered if they might have spread. Also maybe Marsh Tit in the more mature woodland?
Or is this all wishful thinking with their declines nationally?!

I have kept my eyes (and ears) open for both species at Hill Hook but so far yet to definitively connect with either

Don't take this the wrong way but what's the difference between birders flushing birds and 'dogs'? Dogs don't know they are doing it, they just do, birders often do it deliberately? At this time of year, when fat reserves are needed i question 'organised counting' and random booting of birds for no other reason than because they are there?

Just my thoughts FWIW.....
