On a recent trip we went with Enrique Cambronero. He was ace, v knowledgeable in the national park, even arranging someone to watch the car when we did the river trail; he went out of his way to help us arrange our visit. He only charged $25person and was with us for 5-6 hours each time. Amongst highlights was the streak chested antpitta at about 10 feet on a trail from the park main entrance.
He's also part of a collective of 7 guides who've got together to form a group to ensure that birders get a reputable guide at the park, v commendable.

Shame over keen photographers/birders have brought about the demise of the manakin lek there, but that's a whole other can of worms I won't open...
