To add from a previous post, my problem of blurred Duovids has been solved by Leica. They have sent me a new pair of Duovids which are trouble free, so I am well chuffed. And my wife can finally get some peace!!!

Hooray for Leica :clap:
 
glad you got them sorted out - only the right thing leica could do really.
