I'm playing with a new Olympus Tcon 17 lens and having problems, possibly due in part to the rainy overcast weather plus the subjects being under a shade tree; the exposure times are much longer than I'd prefer. However, the subjects also appear not to be in focus. In both instances the center of the image (and focus presumably) was at the + before cropping. Using tripod, subjects didn't appear to be moving.
Can anyone tell if these images are out of focus, or are these exposure times simply too long, or is it both, and/or something else? If it's a focus problem, any ideas on how to fix it?
