The team of the Observatoire d’oiseaux de Tadoussac (OOT) is proud to inform you that their website (www.explos-nature.qc.ca/oot) is now available in English.
You will find information on this website concerning all the OOT’s research programs and educational activities. Currently, our research activities are divided into two main programs that focus on bird species breeding in the boreal region: (1) an autumn visual counts program that annually records an average of 17,000 raptors and 80,000 coastal birds, songbirds and other species; and (2) an autumn banding program that treats thousands of songbirds and hundreds of Northern Saw-whet and Boreal Owls, and Black-backed and Three-toed Woodpeckers.
For more information, please contact us at: [email protected]
Yours sincerely,
Jean-Sébastien Guénette (Public Relations Officer) and Bruno Drolet (Director)
