Beaver (1 Viewer)

columbidae

Yesterday evening in the local park I saw three beaver swimming in the lake. It was the first time I've seen them in a year of regular birding visits to this spot, although I've often noted the chewed-down trees and the beaver lodge in the middle of the lake. I know very little about these creatures, but perhaps they have just recently emerged from hibernation?
