Meindl Nubuck Boots - Aftercare (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I have just bought a pair of posh boots. If you read the blurb that comes with the boots Meindl recommend after use, clean, waterproofing followed by applying wax. I went into Blacks and they made no mention of the use of wax. I have also bought some Ecco Nubuck conditioner that was going cheap.
Should I use the wax, if so when, after waterproofing/conditioning?

Advice appreciated.

I also have a pair of Meindl boots purchased from Peglers in Arundel (renowned for knowing there boots inside and out) and was told by them all i needed to do was clean the boots off then give them a good helping of Meindl Sportswax.

Thats all i have ever done and they are still great after 3 years.
