Still showing very well at the South Pier Lowestoft. It flew to roost at 18:45hrs onto the roof of the Amusement arcade. Another nice bird there was a 2nd Summer Meditterranean Gull.

We had a bit of a scare this morning. The Maroon went up for the lifeboat & the Gull flew away South East. half an hour later it re appeared.

What spoiled it this evening was some lager louts giving us grief
"What yer looking at some Bloody Pigeon again?"

B :) B :) B :)

Sabines

Still there Saturday and Sunday and I suspect will not go for at least a week due to it going through wing moult.

It's head is also moulting but you can still distinctly see the difference in colour from a Black Headed. Of course the forked tail and black bill are also a bit of a giveaway ;)
