Look at this brilliant and unusual Butterfly photo... (1 Viewer)

That is such a brilliant photo, what a fabulous angle to photograph a butterfly. Well worth the fifteen minute chase wouldn't you say?

Sorry about the late viewing of this thread, but I wanted to see the butterfly photo the Birdman hyperlinked in his message... only when I go there, I'm told I have to be a registered user to view the gallery. Thinking I'm already a registered user, since I'm in the boards, I go to login and get told I've already logged in.

But I still can't view the photo.

This happens a lot when going to the gallery from other messages in the forum. Why does this happen and can you guys fix it? Thanks.

Katy

I missed this the first time around so glad you brought it to my attention, Katy. What an incredible photo. Was the Vulcan bomber design based on a butterfly?

Thank you all for the nice comments, I must admit I do quite like the photo. One of the last butterfly pictures I took with the Minolta 700si, almost makes we wonder whether I was right to change to the Canon 10D!
