pink-billed parrot finch (Erythrura kleinschmidti) (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I read in the 2006 IUCN red list that the pink-billed parrot finch (Erythrura kleinschmidti) of Viti Levu, Fiji, has been downlisted from "endangered" to "vulnerable". The motivation for this change obviously was additional "knowledge" obtained recently.
Does anyone have more information on this or know people I could contact with regard to this?

Thanks and best wishes,

Sven

Try Richard Thomas of Birdlife Int - he knows Fiji very well

Good luck, Alan
