Some wierd ordering - BTDiver, Cirl Bunting as lifers before House Sparrow.

Nice start to the year though - aim now is to hit 150 without Nuthatch. Lifers in red - stuff, by my standards, in bold.

Corrected errors in March, above, and added a lovely sum plum:

189, Slavonian Grebe, Water's Edge CP, 02-Apr

Now where are those migrants?

EDIT: further March ticks missed, Slav is 189, not 185.

Calmed it down a lot since the end of June - my goal was to see every common or local English bird in my 1st year of serious birding (01/07/06-30/06/07) With that done, and only Capercaillie and Corncrake eluding me for Britain, I resolved to cut down the hours and miles. Still getting out once a week, though, and now that 300-mark is looking tempting. I managed 275 BOU + 5 splits in that first year.
