Nestbox Design? Pages for links? (1 Viewer)

I just noticed that a completely new page, Nestbox Design, has been started:

http://www.birdforum.net/opus/Nestbox_Design

While the idea certainly is good, it appear that it, as of now, is a new page that was created only for a bunch of links. I wonder how mods feel about this and how that matches the idea of the Opus? I can't help but wondering if it belongs on the Opus unless someone actually adds some info to the page itself. I'd happily have done it, but my knowledge of nest-boxes is limited. I think links to outside pages are fine and in many cases they certainly are a great resource (though not sure how dead links could be avoided; aren't there programs that can check that automatically?), but creating a completely new page just for hosting links may be a bit over the top. Anyway, I'm not a moderator and above is only my opinion - just wondering what the policy was in regards of this.
