Mating behavior? (1 Viewer)

In the past few days I've watched a female land on the feeder and a male buzz wildly back and forth next to the feeder. Then...the male kept bouncing off her back. Was this mating or what exactly was I watching? Dh and I were sure enjoying watching their antics! lol!

That's what I figured! LOL! They're at it again this morning above a hemlock tree just off our deck. The male just swoops back and forth and buzzes like crazy! I wonder if the hemlock tree will end up with a nest?
