I've recently added a page about Khao Sam Roi Yot to my website http://www.thaibirding.com/locations/west/ksry.htm. This place has become a bit neglected by birdwatchers over the last few years due to the ease of getting to laem Pak Bia from Bangkok. However, KSRY has the largest reed marsh in Thailand and in the past has turned up Spoon-billed Sandpiper, Black-faced Spoonbill and Black-headed Ibis as well as a number of interesting starlings.

KSRY is a pleasant place and easily reached from Hua Hin if staying there on holiday with non-birders.
