Oystercatcher - Eurasian? My field guide does have Egypt colored for this one

Stonechat - European?: AFAIK, both forms European and Siberian occur in migration in e.g., Ras Mohammed which is next door to Sharm.

Linnet - Eurasian?: Seems so

Quail: this one will probably be coturnix coturnix, as I remember seeing them mentioned as migrants in Egypt. The three below would be same answers as above, I assume
