When I was looking for the kingfisher I discovered a grey heron that was upstream.
A small group of seven lesser black headed gulls was over a lock on Manzanares river.
The first from the left looked like a lesser black headed in first winter. The others were adults in winter plumage black-headed.
An Egret was in the leaving of a drain, just ahead of them on the right bank of the river. Sometimes she went to a tree to the left of the river but just for returning to the same place. there was some magpie too.
A couple of mallards and flying warblers wich were impossible taking a photo because they never stop. On a lamppost several black starlings and in other a cormorant
Across the river you get to a pool in La China sewage. There were a lot of birds: a couple of dozens of lesser black headed gulls, and as many magpies and domestic pigeons. From that position I continued photographing the egret
And in the end I went to the pool of the sewage, so the birds flew out like this domestic pigeons or two herons that flew on the edge of my sight. They were flying from this side branch of the river to the main course. I returned to the right bank and I walked to see if I saw this two grey herons.
First I saw another white egret. He got scared and flew to a tree. It perched on a branch.
Grey herons I was looking for flew out again to the way they had come. But it reappeared overflying me, with a rough sound of alarm. Herons usually disappear when they are scared
But this was circling me for a minute, and I could take photos of it.
