Villafáfila Ponds II. Lapwings and ducks. (1 Viewer)

IMG_4683.JPG

Upon I parked the car at the observatory Laguna de Barillos at km 11 of the ZA-715 carrtera I saw a couple of skylarks.
Barillos Pond was completely dry therefore I went to Paneras Pond. Three dozen mallards flew toward it. They landed in the pond. I could also see some teals. Before I arrived I had seem some birds. They proved to be lapwings. In fact they were 66 lapwings.
Among ducks and teals there was two small wader in the background, Perhaps golden prolvers because there are 6.000 in some census of the ponds.
