Bored in Belgium (1 Viewer)

I'm spending the week in Belgium, babysitting for my daughter and son-in-law who are away in Venice! I have my camera here and they have a decent garden, but with four(!) cats, it is a brave bird that ventures to the feeders.
I am just going to sit out in the sun to try and practice my flight photography as there are several magpies flying to and fro. A blackcap flew into the hedge yesterday and I heard a cuckoo quite close last night, so this area would be a great place to do some serious photography if it wasn't for the cats. Last winter my daughter even had a crested tit in the garden.
Damned cats!
I intend to try shooting at f8 this afternoon without IS switched on. I will report back on how it goes.
