Couple of Black-throated Divers (Gavia arctica)

I visited a friend past weekend and was told about a small lake supposedly holding a pair of Divers, which per se would be quite an extraordinary spotting. A long early morning walk and some patient waiting rewarded me with some decent shots. I wish the light angle would have been more favorable but there was no way to cover the lake from another angle. Also the air had started to heat up and caused some distortion. I am still happy with the pictures I managed to take from about 50 meters distance.
Habitat
Small lake, forested area
Location
Blekinge, South Sweden
Date taken
July 2013
Scientific name
Gavia arctica
Equipment used
Olympus OMD E-M5, Skywatcher 600mm F/7.5 + EC20
I'd be really happy with these, Tord! Birds I never seem to get close to unfortunately.
