Fulvous Parrotbill - Sichuan, China (Suthora fulvifrons)

Fulvous Parrotbill are not so difficult to find on the top of Wawu Mountain - although you hear them far more than you see them, as they spend a lot of time deep within the thick bamboo that makes up the understorey of the high forest.
Pishing will sometimes bring them out - so will playback.
