I'd Like To Show You My Wings (Somateria mollissima)

I stood, watched and observed this male Eider for a few minutes and enjoyed this moment when he launched himself upright out of the water with wings spread and flapping. He was in the company of a number of Eiders and was eager to display such behaviour.
