Looking On (Uria aalge)

These Guillemots our most common auk were perched on a cliff ledge and they were part of a larger colony.

Inner Farne Island off the Northumbrian coast is a sea bird strong hold and while there I was able to observe there behaviour, interactions and the place they called home.

I was an outsider looking in.
